To allow to appropriate time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment.
Emergency cases will receive top priority, followed by clients with scheduled appointments.
Walk-ins are welcome, however, scheduled appointments are preferred. Walk-ins will be subject to different exam fees.
Drop-off appointments are available if an appointment cannot be made. Bringing your pet at your convenience allows the doctor to examine the patient in between appointments. Once the doctor is done, we will give you a call to go over the diagnosis, treatment and to give you discharge instructions. A discharge consult may be scheduled at that time.
******** We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. Checks are accepted after becoming an established client.********
Extra Pet Fee
There will be a $15 fee applied to your account for each additional pet brought in that was not scheduled on the original appointment.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or in the exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
If you need to cancel an appointment we ask for at least 24 hours notice.
For scheduled surgical procedures we ask for 48 hours cancellation notice.
This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient and helps our doctors and staff efficiently navigate the day.
We understand that cancellations happen! If we determine that our policy is being abused we reserve the right to discontinue reserving our staff’s time for that client or we may charge a cancellation fee.
